I would recommend using Tactics and Smiting instead of Healing and Strength.

10 Smiting Prayers
11+1 Tactics
10+2 Axe Mastery

Cyclone Axe
Penetrating Blow
Gladiator's Defense {e}
Bonetti's Defense
Defensive Stance or Sprint
Healing Signet
Zealot's Fire
Strength of Honor

With this build, you can always have 75% chance to block. You don't need Defensive Stance if you are farming against enemies like Minotaurs, but I like it in there in case I get blinded or knocked down a lot, because Bonetti's won't be ready. Every time you throw up a stance, a Healing Signet, or a Cyclone Axe, Zealot's Fire activates, throwing in 32 AoE fire damage into the fray. While Gladiator's Defense is activated, you can spam Cyclone Axe for some serious damage. I use this build for farming desert monsters, and Enchanted Bows, Sand Elementals, and Hydras are my only real problems.
